The Fillmore Apartments Complex has been a challenging project to bring to successful completion because it required GPR certifications and HERS testing. We were involved in this project for 2 years since its QII inspections until the final GPR and full HVAC testing in 2022.
Starbucks Coffee Shops
We have been fortunate to have been selected by the HVAC contractors in multiple new Starbucks projects to perform the Air Balancing. Some of the projects include Riverside, Fresno, Bakersfield and others.
We performed all LEED verifications and HERS testing for this project from start to finish for a period of 2 years, from 2019 to 2021.
